AROUND THE TABLE

Created by the collaboration of Pola Knabe and Carolina Micó. Around the Table is a photographic series that narrates, in three acts, the transformation of an evening: from order to excess, from light to darkness, from elegance to chaos. Each image captures a different moment around the same table, as the light, mood, and composition gradually shift. The project pays visual tribute to the ceramic works of Italian artist Francesco Sillitti. His fruit-shaped pieces are reinterpreted and placed out of context, becoming surreal elements that blur the line between still life and storytelling.
